An order is recorded on the Silver Linings Arts website and validated by the buyer when the buyer clicks on their chosen payment method on the “Order validation” page.
Once an order is validated, the customer declares that they have read and understood, and fully and without reservation accept, all of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation shall be deemed a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The buyer’s order must be confirmed by Silver Linings Arts by email.
Silver Linings Arts shall not be held liable for the consequences of any events beyond its control, in particular cases of force majeure, that may delay or prevent the placement of an online order.
Silver Linings Arts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, in particular in the event of missing information required for delivery, customer insolvency, non-payment, or where a dispute exists relating to a previous order.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment for purchases made on the Silver Linings Arts website is made at the time of ordering, using the buyer’s chosen method:

In all cases, the customer’s order will be considered accepted after payment has been confirmed and validated by Silver Linings Arts.
