Fondation Louis Vuitton

Created on the initiative of Bernard Arnault in 2006 by the LVMH group and its Houses, the Louis Vuitton Foundation is part of the patronage for art and culture developed by the group for more than twenty years.
The Louis Vuitton Foundation aims to support and promote contemporary artistic creation among Parisians and an international public. It places its collection and its programming in line with the historical movements of art and creation of the 20th and 21st centuries.
The Fondation Louis Vuitton building includes exhibition galleries dedicated to permanent collections, temporary exhibitions and artistic commissions. It is complemented by a modular auditorium designed to accommodate multidisciplinary events.
The Louis Vuitton Foundation is a corporate foundation, a private cultural initiative, dedicated to art and artists. It constitutes a new stage in the patronage for art and culture undertaken by LVMH in France and around the world for more than twenty years.
